Women empowering women in the fight against cancer
Women and Wellness has been a cornerstone of philanthropic engagement at Massey for more than a century, celebrating the power of women in the fight against cancer. Driven by passionate volunteers, Women and Wellness has raised more than $5 million to support efforts to prevent, detect and treat women's cancers.
Massey Challenge
In partnership with the Ukrop’s Monument Avenue 10k
The Massey Challenge invites Virginians to step up to the fight against cancer by promoting health and wellness while supporting cancer research and innovation.
Massey on the River
Richmond’s best party to fight cancer
Hosted by the Massey Alliance Young Professional Board, Massey on the River is a fun night featuring live music and great food and drink from many of Richmond’s top breweries, wineries and distilleries, while supporting innovative research and advances in cancer treatment and care at Massey.

Community-Hosted Fundraising Events
Every year, our community members host fundraising events – from music festivals to golf tournaments to dunk-a-thons – to move our mission forward, while celebrating the power of together.

Dunk for a Cure
Dunk for a Cure is hosted by the Fight Cancer Stay Positive Foundation. Participate as a dunkee, through donating or by volunteering. Proceeds from the event will, in part, benefit life-changing research and programs at Massey.

Highlands Golf Classic
Join us at the beautiful Golf Club at The Highlands for this annual golf tournament. This special fundraising event is dedicated to the eradication of breast, head and neck cancer through innovative research and compassionate care.

Massey Alliance Golf Tournament
Hosted by the Massey Alliance, this yearly tournament raises funds to help support clinical trials, pilot projects, essential tools and more.

ScucciFest
ScucciFest offers a family friendly day of music, fun, food and friends along the James River. Enjoy entertainment from top-talent local bands, food, beverages and games for all ages, and pay tribute to the memory of Michael R. Pascucci.

William & Mary 5K
Every fall, the College of William & Mary Tribe Track & Field and Cross Country teams put cancer on the run with an annual 5k on its historic campus.
